Emily is the force behind dig furniture bank and digit vintage, organizations making a difference in their community. dig furniture bank is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity and stability by providing gently used furniture and household items to local families in need at zero cost. The mission is simply beautiful!

Visiting DIG months ago was a moving experience. Witnessing Emily's passion and the dedication behind the scenes was truly inspiring. It's heartwarming to see such selfless efforts. This is where I was gifted this beautiful quilt. Slightly stained and unusable for selling, this quilt was just sitting on a shelf untouched. I knew exactly what I wanted to make with this to give it new life and new purpose and here she is.

Imagine facing housing insecurity or struggling to afford basic necessities, then finding a place like DIG that genuinely cares about your success. It's a cause close to my heart, as my family could have benefited from such support when I was young.

Using my skills to support others has always been my goal. Whether bringing joy, clothing individuals, or addressing period poverty through partnerships with nonprofits, like the upcoming project sewing reusable menstrual pads. Excited to craft another piece for Emily and Dig’s upcoming auction this summer. Stay tuned for more updates!
